I personally use Fl formaly known as Fruity loops. It's easy to use and i prefer their layout. The best way to find out which programs you would prefer is by downloading the demo. The demo's are free and they give you a feel on how the program works. The music business is not a small business, so a little investment in buying the right programs and software will payout in the long run :idea:
